For accounting firm owners

Marketing Strategy, Operations & Consulting

End to end marketing strategy, execution & systems for accounting firm owners who have tried everything else.

Who I work with & who I don't

We might be a good fit if...

  • An accounting, tax, bookkeeping, CAS, or advisory firm owner

  • Already in business — at least 1 year, with a roster of clients you can build on

  • Tired of being interchangeable with every other firm in your market

  • You want direction & are willing to make changes, heed advice & provide information when requested

  • Comfortable with someone who emails you on a Saturday because they figured something out

We're probably not a good fit if...

  • You're good at saying 'no' to every idea presented to you

  • You're not able to communicate in a timely manner or complete tasks

  • You're just starting out or below $500k in revenue

  • You're hoping for a 'magic bullet'

  • You think a viral instagram reel will save your firm

  • You're not willing to commit to a vertical

  • You're looking for cheap deliverables like $300/month 'social media packages'

I'm selevtive about who I work with because a lot of the success & efficiency depends directly on what you are willing and unwilling to do

Why I Only Work With a Handful of Firms A Year

I do the work myself. I write the strategy. I build the website. I configure the CRM. I write the emails. I script the videos. I install the system.

That math has a hard ceiling.

A handful of accounting firms a year is what one operator can take on when she's actually doing the work. So that's what I take. Every firm on my roster gets the same obsessive attention, the same incessant communication, and the same person every time they pick up the phone.

Which means at any given moment, my roster is either full, almost full, or about to be.

Currently accepting a limited number of new clients. Application required.

I grew up in accounting

Bookkeeping on QuickBooks before we had dial-up. Family of accountants. Nearly five years building marketing systems for firms exclusively.

I'm not a marketer who happens to work with accountants. I'm an CPA's daughter who became obsessed with marketing — so the marketing actually means something to the people I build it for.

How it works

Every engagement starts with an application — not a calendar link. If we're a fit, we get on a discovery call. If I know I can help you, you get a proposal within 72 hours (or a spot on the waitlist). No "let's hop on a quick call" energy. No proposals before I understand your firm. No surprises during onboarding. The intake is rigorous on purpose — it's the same rigor I bring to your marketing.

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: 30-60 Minute Discovery Call

Step 3: Proposal within 72 hours

Step 4: Decision

Step 5: Onboarding

Real Results

$600k in ARR added in less than 18 months

When I started with [Level Accounting & Advisory], they thought they needed someone to post on social. Most marketing services would have sold them a content package and called it done.

I installed the PIVOT Method™ instead — Positioning, Insider mapping, Visibility assets, Operations, Trust. Five phases. Niche selection, sales scripts, CRM and pipelines, follow-up sequences, content engine, lead capture. The whole machine — not a list of deliverables.

The result wasn't a viral post. It was $600K+ in annual recurring revenue, added in under 18 months — with a system that compounds every quarter it runs.
